  Is there some (implicit) standard where the logo should be? 
  Currently is it as big as on Wikidata itself, on the right side and linked to 
Wikidata. So currently is has undue weight.

  I personally would probably put it in the footer. If branding guidelines 
allow we could also put it in front of the headline (Which nicely doubles as 
"[Wikidata] Itemset…"

  But I would not link Wikdata.org then, as logo in left upper corner is 
usually "back to homepage" as a reset when lost in navigation (The current logo 
has this too, but, as it is on the right, it is less of a problem)
