TASK DESCRIPTION Can be done after T276541: Move WikibaseRepo StorageEntitySerializer to service container <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T276541>. The `StorageEntitySerializer` is also used once in `SingleEntitySourceServices`, so it will probably have to be injected there, similar to T276532: Remove LanguageFallbackChainFactory from WikibaseServices <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T276532>.
