Ok @Jakob_WMDE did some investigation and found out: > While looking into it I found that it's probably invalid. canton of la Vallée de l'Agly (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q17623468) is instance of canton of france (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q18524218) which is a subclass of canton (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q2311958) which is in fact an administrative territorial entity. So the issue seems to be that https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q18524218 has a subclass of canton statement but it is deprecated. That leads us to T170401 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T170401>, which is about taking rank into account for the type and value type constraint checks.
