TASK DESCRIPTION Currently I have automatic JSON dump validation for Wikidata Lexeme dumps (using wikibase-validate-dump <https://github.com/mariushoch/wikibase-validate-dump>) manually configured <https://gist.github.com/mariushoch/b44bf04146d507e3f8e2881872e01e9a> on stat1007. It would be nice to have this set up in a proper way (at least for one kind of JSON dumps). The best way to go I can think about is turning wikibase-validate-dump <https://github.com/mariushoch/wikibase-validate-dump> into a proper maintenance script inside of Wikibase (or the Wikidata.org extension if we don't see fit). If that's done it should be fairly trivial to wire up the new maintenance script with a weekly cron and some form of reporting (just `MAILTO` or using Icinga?).
