TASK DESCRIPTION `EntityChange::getComment` defaults to setting the comment for a change to an appropriate message key, if none is coming from repo (which is the case for item deletions for example). `RecentChangeFactory::getEditComment` assumes this comment to be an (auto)comment that can/will be formatted using `AutoCommentFormatter`. Note: If sitelinks changed as part of the change handled, `RecentChangeFactory::getEditComment` will discard the edit summary from the `EntityChange` and generate a new one using `SiteLinkCommentCreator`, which greatly reduces the visibility of this bug.
