TASK DESCRIPTION **Problem:** Whereas https://query.wikidata.org/ disables the execution button while a query is running, https://query-builder-test.toolforge.org/ allows the user to launch any number of executions of the same query with no waiting time between launches (until the server ends up returning a low-level error for exceeding the allowed rate of requests). This practice cannot help users to satisfy their demands more quickly or better; in fact, it delays the time at which users will see the results, apart from causing a waste of resources.
