Basically ran this command on mwmaint1002:
mwscript extensions/Wikibase/repo/maintenance/changePropertyDataType.php
wikidatawiki --property-id P8671 --new-data-type external-id
mwscript is a wrapper around php that enables us tun maintenance scripts. The
first argument is the database name of the wiki you want the script to be run
on (as context), the rest is being fed to original maintenance script.
