TASK DESCRIPTION As a Wikidata editor, when I am adding properties to items I do not want the property suggestor to suggest Google Knowledge Graph ID (P2671) <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P2671> and Freebase ID (P646) <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P646> to me. **Problem:** Editors do not have to add `P2671` and `P646` by themselves. They are mostly added by a bot. **Acceptance criteria:** [ ] `P2671` and `P646` are not included in property suggestions.
