TASK DESCRIPTION Once T281341: Migrate TermInLangIdsResolver to service container <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T281341> and T281342: Migrate EntityRevisionLookup to service container <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T281342> are done, The SingleEntitySourceServicesFactory will no longer be needed in prefetching term lookup callbacks, which means we will be able to stop passing it down to the PrefetchingTermLookupFactory service.
