TASK DESCRIPTION Currently, the EntityFullTextQueryBuilder factoyry method calls the deprecated UserLanguage service from WikibaseRepo. In order to retire this service, we will need to find a way to obtain the language in a more appropriate way, possibly by utilizing Mediawiki globals directly.
