These are quite simple changes. i think primarily, all maintenance, development, and code review is done by WMF/WMDE, at least per Jimmy Wales plan, but maybe we should also consider the hypothesis where code review is done by a volunteer. @Lydia_Pintscher do you have an estimate for time needed for coding?
