Removing the `#ifexist:` check from https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Rfd_links&action=edit might help. Some optimizations might be possible in various Lua modules, but I'm not really familiar with how their performance works. Perhaps it would help to consolidate the Q/Q+/Autodescription/Qid_normalize templates and the modules they use into a single module. If that doesn't help, the page might just be too large. I notice that some of the sections are from 6 months ago. It could use some maintenance, I guess.
