If the precision is in degrees (as suggested by Wikibase DataModel § Geographic locations <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikibase/DataModel#Geographic_locations>, then I assume that range should use 360, not 365. But also… what’s a negative precision supposed to mean anyways? (I don’t really understand this field, I think.)
