When I wrote this task I was mainly thinking about the special pages that //edit// entities – SetLabel, SetDescription, SetAliases, SetLabelDescriptionAliases, and SetSiteLink – but of course we also have special pages that //create// entities: NewItem, NewProperty, and NewLexeme. @Manuel should the new tag also affect those? (Tech note: `SpecialNewLexeme`, unlike `SpecialNewItem` and `SpecialNewProperty`, doesn’t inherit from `SpecialNewEntity`, so that’ll have to be implemented separately.)
