TASK DESCRIPTION **List of steps to reproduce**: Rollback an edit of an user with an ampersand (&) occurring in the username. I don't know if the problem occurs with other special characters. For instance, see the edit summary of this edit <https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q1683655&diff=1463119460&oldid=1457105422>, in which I rollbacked an edit of User:Peter&Co <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Peter%26Co>. **What happens?**: The edit summary reports: [[Special:Contributions/Peter&Co|Peter&Co]] ([[User talk:Peter&Co|discussione]]) and both the links do not work. **What should have happened instead?**: It should appear the correct username (without the HTML entity code) and the links to the user page/talk should work.
