TASK DESCRIPTION `wes` was added to LocalNamesEn.php with "Pidgin" as the name. There are lots of pidgins though (see Wikipedia <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pidgin#Examples>), so it's not clear what "Pidgin" refers to. The original request (T263946 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T263946>) used "Pidgin (Cameroon)", ISO 639-3 <https://iso639-3.sil.org/code/wes> and Glottolog <https://glottolog.org/resource/languoid/id/came1254> use "Cameroon Pidgin" and the English Wikipedia <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cameroonian_Pidgin_English> uses "Cameroon Pidgin English". The name should be one of those instead.
