TASK DESCRIPTION In T281272: HTTP 500 error for https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:EntityData/Q30.rdf / ttl <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T281272> we resolved timeouts for some requests to Special:EnittyData. This reveals a next layer of errors in the logs which are primarily OOMs. In the last week these OOMs only occurred on 4 entity & format combinations.
