TASK DESCRIPTION //wbgetclaims// should be able to work on multiple entities, so that one could for example get all claims with property 123 on a list of items. Right now one either needs to do multiple API requests to //wbgetclaims// or use //wbgetentities// which doesn't allow filtering by property id, thus returns (sometimes way) to much data.
