We should probably not expose anything that takes longer than a minute to 
compute. Ideally, we'd limit it further to 20-30 seconds. Which is still a long 
time.

Individual queries should not be allowed to take up an amount of resources that 
would affect other user's response times significantly.

A separate VLAN would be great.
