TASK DESCRIPTION **Storybook:** [ ] Structure: The component has its own section is Storybook, called "TextArea". The section contains a "Basic" page that presents the controllable component, and "All" page including the disabled, warning and error states of the text area for visual regression testing purposes. [ ] Behavior: Users should be able to interact with the component's input: typing, deleting and manually expanding the area. [ ] Controls: Users should be able to define the number of lines of text that the text area will accommodate by default, to modify the copy of the component's label and placeholder, disable it and make it readOnly using controls.
