TASK DESCRIPTION We might want to investigate if we can use RESTBase to fetch entity revisions for generating Wikidata dumps (e.g. rdf, json) and maybe other needs that Wikidata has afaik RESTBase is already or soon to be used in production for Visual Editor and other stuff.
