True. That's the complication - it can both be used for "year before 1AD" and 
for "we don't know what year it was but it was July 4th".

As we probably will implement custom date parser in BlazeGraph, we can have 
special handling for year 0. The question is *what* that handling should be - 
given the above especially. We don't want a person having "born on JUly 4th 
unknown year" show up in the list of "persons born in 1 BCE".
