TASK DESCRIPTION **List of steps to reproduce** (step by step, including full links if applicable): - Open Wikidata page such as https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q85850814 - See that there is no Add Statement item - Also if you edit the labels it loads the page that tells you the page hasn't loaded properly **What happens?**: It does not load the Add Statement item so you cannot add new statements **What should have happened instead?**: The add statement item should have loaded (as it used to) so I could add statements **Software version (if not a Wikimedia wiki), browser information, screenshots, other information, etc**: Safari 13.1.2 on OSX 10.13.6. This is the last version of Safari (and OSX) that runs on my mac.
