Your WDQS UI is configured to talk to https://query.portal.mardi4nfdi.de/proxy/wikibase/w/api.php instead of https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/w/api.php for some reason, and that proxy is discarding the `access-control-*` headers which MediaWiki correctly sends.
