TASK DESCRIPTION After clicking "Add statement", if you try to find a property which has already been used on the file, it can't be found. This is confusing, especially if you know the property exists, because it makes the search appear to be broken. It should instead allow users to select properties which were already used and then switch the existing section to edit mode instead of adding a new section.
