TASK DESCRIPTION Steps to reproduce ------------------ 1. Open a Wikivoyage page, e.g. https://en.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Jaipur 2. Press the [⇥] key. Actual result ------------- 3. The first element of the WikidataPageBanner table of contents is focused. Expected result --------------- 3. The (otherwise hidden) “Jump to navigation” link is focused (and after one more key press, the “Jump to search” link).
