TASK DESCRIPTION As an operator of WDQS I want to have a consistent testing infrastructure that represents the production constraints. During the migration of WDQS to the Streaming Updater, we kept wdqs1010 using the old updater, so that in case of a rollback we have a testing environment and a working dataset. Now that the migration is complete and the rollback is unlikely, we need to migrate this server to the Streaming Updater as well. We also want to cleanup our puppet code to remove the complexity related to managing both updaters.
