TASK DESCRIPTION The spelling variant (lemma language code) dropdown on Special:NewLexeme includes both the correct and outdated language code for Belarusian (Taraškievica orthography): F35021033: Screenshot from 2022-03-23 11-34-52.png <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/F35021033> The backend also allows both of these to be used when actually creating the Lexeme (Test Wikidata: be-tarask test <https://test.wikidata.org/wiki/Lexeme:L1790>, be-x-old test <https://test.wikidata.org/wiki/Lexeme:L1791>). This is not good: the language code `be-x-old` should not be used for new data anymore.
