TASK DESCRIPTION wdqs2004 & wdqs1004 lost their free allocators too quickly (known issue that pops up //randomly//). We should do a data transfer from a sane source to reclaim these before other machines are affected by the same problem. AC: - wdqs2004 & wdqs1004 have their number of free allocators around 232k like other "sane" nodes.
