TASK DESCRIPTION With recent desktop improvements <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Reading/Web/Desktop_Improvements> the language selector is provided in a new place where some options are no longer available. In particular, users cannot easily edit interwiki links on Wikidata or find the translation tool. In response to this, the Language team has incorporated an extensible menu inside the language selector dialog to provide access to those options. More details in T289840: Add "quick actions" menu to the current language selector <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T289840> The options to translate the page and to access the language settings are already available. This ticket proposes to add the remaining "Edit language links". We expect the Wikidata team to be able to do this with support from the Language team. So feel free to share any questions.
