Nearly Vietnamese lexeme would be affected by this issue <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata_talk:Lexicographical_data#Forms_in_Vietnamese>, because one of the two writing systems for the language is phonetic while the other is phonosemantic, resulting in a many-to-many relationship between the two writing systems.
