TASK DESCRIPTION
As an editor using Special:NewLexeme, I would like to see a “loading” message
instead of a “no results” message while loading the initial batch of results in
the language and lexical category lookups, so that I am accurately updated on
the status of the lookup.
**Problem:**
Currently, we show “no results” as soon as the user types anything; once
search results come in from the API, the “no results” message vanishes (unless
there actually are no results).

WHEN I enter something into the language or lexical category lookup
AND a matching item exists
