For Hebrew user interface, I've changed the message Widthheight to include <span dir="ltr">. I that message supports HTML. Ironically, it won't fix the problem for user interface in LTR languages. That's because the <div class="wikibase-snakview-value-container"> has `dir="auto"`. It's not a very good idea to use `dir="auto"` in general, and especially not on such a large element. If `dir="auto"` is used just for the chance that the filename is in an RTL language, it probably shouldn't be used at all.
