TASK DESCRIPTION
It's kind of annoying that, whenever I run into an unadorned (or
pipe-tricked) link to an item or property which I don't happen to have
memorized the number of (which is really unlikely for items), I need to follow
the link to have any idea what it points at.

I'd *really* prefer if I could just hover over the link to see the
item/property label and description. (Actually, that'd be handy on almost
//any// link to either namespace (or the matching talk namespace). Even the
ones for properties/values in the editing UI, except in the autocomplete
dropdown thinger where both are already shown.)

This is especially painful on the constraint violation report pages.
