TASK DESCRIPTION **Problem:** When we introduce `mul` Labels this adds new functionality for editors that might require changes to their workflow and understanding of Wikdiata. We need to make this new functionality as intuitive as possible and give easy access to help. **Solution:** Add a prominant link to the help page that explans `mul` to the UI. **Notes:** **Mockups:** This style would be nice: T312292: Open link to docs in new tab <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T312292> Alternatives: - question mark icon - similar to "Configure" link **Acceptance criteria:** [ ] Find an easy and user-friendly way to link to the help page with information on `mul` in the termbox.
