- `@vue/eslint-config-typescript` and `typescript` are tiny upgrades (we
already upgraded Typescript from 4.7 to 4.8 during these chores), not worth
upgrading unless there’s a dependabot PR to merge IMHO
- everything Vue-related is probably blocked on T317142: Look into what
causes the errors when trying to upgrade from vue 2.6 to vue 2.7 in Query
Builder <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T317142> (I’ll be honest, I haven’t
tried it out)
- `babel-core` and the Wikit packages are actually downgrades
