  However, the data seems to have changed significantly since June in ways that 
we didn't expect. In particular, the amount of cached Wikidata page views seems 
to have collapsed from 60% - 70% to now 20% !? As you can see here:

  Did anything change in what is considered a page view?
  
  Would it be possible to backfill some of the data in the gap? Then we might 
get a better idea if we're dealing with volatility, or if something else is 
going on.
