We may actually get this for free since /sparql GET endpoint seems to not accept any update statements, and POST endpoint is not allowed on follower nodes. So if we expose only follower nodes, it is not possible to modify them via SPARQL as far as I can see. It remains to be seen if we can designate the node as follower only.
