TASK DESCRIPTION
**Feature summary** (what you would like to be able to do and where):
I would like to be able to link to pages that have titles in different
languages and have the appropriate title show for the user's UI language.
**Use case(s)** (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem,
and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not
describe only a solution):
If `Help` is a translatable page with the Translate extension, I want to be
able to link to it like:
`[[Help]]`
Instead of:
`{{Ll|Help}}`
If `Q1234` is an entity page, I want to be able to link to it on a page with:
`[[Q1234]]`
And have it show:
seaborgium (Q1234) <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q1234>
**Benefits** (why should this be implemented?):
Easier editing of wikitext.
