**Task breakdown notes:** - This would be added to the SenseIdHtmlFormatter <https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/mediawiki/extensions/WikibaseLexeme/+/9d1c1df476a8c08496cd454ad461509806a807fc/src/Presentation/Formatters/SenseIdHtmlFormatter.php>; we already have the full lexeme data available there, so we can access the language as well. - We will need to change the wikibaselexeme-senseidformatter-layout <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Wikibaselexeme-senseidformatter-layout> message; to ensure that old translations don’t result in broken layout, we should add the language as a new parameter `$3`, and not change the meaning of `$1` (lemmas) and `$2` (gloss).
