Using `jquery.uls` would be ok for me, though I'm not thrilled about adding jQuery to our app. At least it is only in a confinded place. I also added a Proof of Concept for doing this with a Wikit Dropdown in the change linked to this task. The two preceeding changes make use of the jquery.uls.
