TASK DESCRIPTION As previously discussed on Wikidata:Project_chat <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Project_chat/Archive/2022/12#WDQS_reports_outdated_data_type> changes to property data types apparently do not automatically propagate to the WDQS. At the time of writing this this query <https://query.wikidata.org/#SELECT%20%3Ftype%20%3FtypeLabel%20WHERE%20%7B%0A%20%20%20%20wd%3AP11136%20wikibase%3ApropertyType%20%3Ftype%0A%20%20%20%20SERVICE%20wikibase%3Alabel%20%7B%20bd%3AserviceParam%20wikibase%3Alanguage%20%22%5BAUTO_LANGUAGE%5D%2Cen%22.%20%7D%0A%7D> still returns `wikibase:ExternalId`, despite P11136 having been changed from external-id to string <https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?diff=1776498824> back in November.
