TASK DESCRIPTION The Wikidata Reliability Metrics <https://grafana.wikimedia.org/d/79S1Hq9Mz/wikidata-reliability-metrics> track the median execution time of wbeditentity and wbgetentities and alert if it’s outside the range 250 - 700 ms (wbeditentity) or 20 - 30 ms (wbgetentities). Both of them are frequently outside that range – specifically, frequently //below// the configured minimum time. wbeditentity is frequently flapping around the 250 ms threshold for the past quarter year or so: F36525474: image.png <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/F36525474> wbgetentities is mainly below the 20 ms threshold and only occasionally poking through above it: F36525476: image.png <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/F36525476> We should reconsider these thresholds to stop the alerts from firing all the time: at least decrease the lower threshold, and maybe also the upper one.
