DataType as well as DataValue documentation would be extracted to separate pages. I was indeed confused by the terminology of *Description which @daniel clarified above. Anyway, I think we can avoid that terminology by addressing https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T89350 which has been done in the page just referenced. For improving an maintaining documentation quality, addressing https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T92365 would be an important factor as well.
