TASK DESCRIPTION
**Steps to replicate the issue** (include links if applicable):
- Go to a item page in Wikibase Repository instance with the sitelink feature
enabled
- For example, https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q5296#sitelinks-wikipedia
- Check the sitelinks heading
- Inspect elements by using developer tools in the browser
**What happens?**:
- The collapse button in sitelinks view being overlapped by the sitelinks
heading, caused the button become invisible and unusable.
