TASK DESCRIPTION The “form” data type currently only has limited support in the query builder. (Properties of this data type include alternative form <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P8530> and generational suffix <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P8017>.) We want to add support for searching forms like you can search items (using a lookup component again). This should be done after T329204 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T329204>, and will then probably be very similar to that task.
