Hi, so looks like you first added this on miscweb* but then switched commons-query.wikimedia.org away from miscweb again. (was the reason the cert creation?) But the previous puppet code was never removed. This lead to confusion why we have apache config there but tests against all virtual hosts fail when we wanted to fail-over miscweb at T330090 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T330090>. Can we please clean that up and remove it completely from miscweb?
