aude added a comment. @Lydia_Pintscher if we want an additional, separate limit for accessing wikibase items / properties specifically, in addition to the general expensive limit, then that is not implemented yet.
we might want both, in case there are performance or other issues with arbitrary access. then we can adjust the wikibase limit specifically.
