TASK DESCRIPTION **Problem:** When we introduce `mul` Labels and Aliases this language code will work a bit differently to other language codes. Using it requires additional knowledge from guidelines and help pages. In its current form this is not self-explanatory to users. **Solution:** - Add an icon to the termbox with a link that leads to the most relevant help page explaining `mul` . - The icon should only be visible in the "edit" view and not in the "reading" view. **Notes:** - The link taget would be defined by a new interface message. **Mockups:** F36864168: mul-help-popup.png <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/F36864168> (updated mockup will be provided) | Link to Figma specs <https://www.figma.com/file/UMHGYSxln03lGx2z7GxzP2/Multiple-languages?node-id=340%3A7233&t=sZTXODU8Mf4RIfvr-0> | | **BDD:** The `mul` Label/Alias is used as a placeholder for all empty Labels/Aliases when the Item is opened for viewing or editing on both desktop and mobile. GIVEN an Item or Property WHEN the entity is opened for editing on desktop or mobile THEN a link with additional help information is shown (e.g. in a pop up, see mockup) **Acceptance criteria:** [ ] We found out how to efficiently implement this on mobile [ ] The specified link to a help page is visible in the mobile termbox when editing an entity (or if solving this is out of scope, then please discuss with @Manuel ).
