If we are experiencing issues with translations making very large buttons as we see in this ticket: T165870 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T165870> we could go with some of the options Sarai suggested: Publish changes / Save changes If we change it for one, I think we should apply it to all of those pages outlined as it will create inconsistency.
